Training and Self-Regulation

Individual and group discussions, lessons, and activities support music therapy, self regulation, augmented communication, cooking and nutrition, exercise, sensory and emotional regulation, and other daily life and prevocational skills which may include but are not limited to:

The Great Courses (TGC) is a series of college-level audio and video courses:
Music Appreciation and the Classics, Art History and Appreciation, Self-Control, Physiology and Fitness, Psychology, Creative Writing, Art of Reading, Powerful Memory, Effective Communication Skills, Cooking and Nutrition, and Yoga for a Healthy Mind and Body.
